Accessory Dwelling Units
Point 85 offers a variety of detailed plans for one and two bedroom Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), also known as "Granny Flats". The plans have been created by Home Designer Professional from Chief Architect.
For each ADU a link is provided to Chief Architect's 3D viewer application where one can take a virtual tour of the house. Each plan also has two downloads: (1) a layout drawing in Architectural C size with the dimensioned floor plan, elevations, doll-house and perspective views, and (2) a backup of the Home Designer plan. San Miguel
The San Miguel is a one bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom ADU with 705 sq. ft. of living area. It is rendered in traditional style with a covered front porch.
The kitchen has a microwave over the range with a full-size refrigerator and tall pantry cabinet. There is table seating for five people.
The San Miguel has a hall closet and a linen closet. The primary bath is a tub/shower combination.
Space is provided for a full-size stacked washer/dryer laundry pair.
Heating and air conditioning is provided by a ductless mini-split heat pump.
Hot water is provided by an electric storage tank unit. A gas or heat pump storage tank will require an external access door with enclosed walls (not shown).
